We are looking for a full time receptionist for our call center in Templeton.

The person in this position is responsible for answering phones, directing calls to the appropriate person, faxing reports to referring physicians, fax process, and all other office support.
High-Volume Communication: Manage a high-volume environment by efficiently handling 100+ inbound calls daily with a focus on patient care and accuracy.
Operational Multitasking: Effectively multitask by processing incoming faxes and managing documentation in the intervals between patient calls.
Customer Service Excellence: Maintain exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional personality while delivering compassionate and reliable patient support.
Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a daily commitment to being engaged and proactive in learning new skills within a fast-paced medical setting.
Process Improvement: Actively identify opportunities for efficiency and participate in value stream and company continuous improvement activities.
Technical Proficiency: Navigate complex, multi-platform operational systems across dual-monitor workstations to manage multiple computer programs simultaneously.
PAY RANGE $23.00 per hour + daily incentive
