NOW HIRING – MANUFACTURING SHOP HELPERS
Conroe & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $17–$18/hour
AM & PM Shifts Available
We are looking for dependable Shop Helpers to join manufacturing teams in the Conroe area!
JOB DUTIES:
• Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials
• Assist machine operators and production employees
• Use hand and power tools
• Clean and maintain the shop and work areas
• Help prepare materials and parts for production
• Perform general labor and material handling duties
• Follow safety procedures and instructions
REQUIREMENTS:
• Manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
• Must be dependable and have good attendance
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and carry materials as needed
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment
• Ability to use hand and power tools is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to learn and work as part of a team
