Overview AUM Athletics is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to help with the day-to-day internal operations and provide support to our coaches, administrators and student-athletes.

Responsibilities The qualified candidate selected for this position will assist in the following capacities:
- Assist with the day-to-day business affairs including PCard reconciliations, travel reimbursements, processing invoices, purchase orders, service agreements, budget audits
- Assist with day-to-day HR-related tasks including hire forms, change forms, action forms
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and gameday tasks
- Assist with management of the master facility calendars
- Assist with execution of special events when needed, including Hall of Fame, Warhawk Choice Awards, Graduation Breakfasts
Qualifications - Knowledge of applicable University, NCAA and Gulf South Conference rules, practices and procedures
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with individuals from various backgrounds
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma
- Available to work non-traditional hours and days at times throughout the academic year
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree
- One (1) year experience working within a college / high school setting
